« 49 TIL MIDNIGHT » soutient Jeremy Hammond « Crazy Eyed Criminal »
The Anonymous Solidarity Network - Fundraising : It is disheartening to many that supporting prosecuted anons has become the most essential contribution we can make to the collective. Perhaps like many of you, most of us were not initially interested in the collective because of fund raising efforts. Perhaps like many of you, we were initially interested in the collective because of the intangible feelings of power and promise for which it inspired. Like many of you, perhaps, we initially showed interest in the collective so that our voice too could be heard and so that we too could play some small role in this phenomenon known as Anonymous. But our contributions, no matter their initial intent, have been deterred. Our efforts, elsewhere, have been drowned out by the cries of our brothers and sisters being prosecuted for their involvement in Anonymous.
We call ourselves FreeAnons and our intentions are as clear as our name. We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network and we will not rest until all Anons, everywhere, have been freed. This is our intent now. Though few are counted amongst our ranks it is we who burden that for which so many strive to contribute. Jeremy Hammond remains imprisoned without bail and without trial and Lulzcart can barely accommodate the courts without monetary assistance. These are the true heroes of our movement. These and, of course, those individuals not named. It is because of their contributions that we now contribute and ask for your contribution. We must not allow them or their endeavors to be forgotten. Their contributions have been essential to Anonymous and supporting them now must be essential to us.
We are the Anonymous Solidarity Network and we will continue to support those being prosecuted for that which we so dearly believe but we can not do so without your support. Numerous fund raisers are being organized and require as much attention as the latest trend on Twitter. We ask only that you consider supporting those for whom now fight for their own freedoms. Information regarding fundraising efforts has been made available on this website and a fund to assist Anons being prosecuted is managed by the network affiliated with this website. The legitimacy of this fund can be verified by many within the Anonymous collective. In fact, you can chat with us directly at IRC.AnonOps. We encourage you to contact us if you are at all interested in contributing to our cause.
